How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get full access to all features for 7 days — no credit card, no commitment. After the trial, you can choose a plan and pay. If you don't subscribe, you can still view your existing bills but can't create new ones. If you already know which plan you want, you can skip the trial and pay immediately.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfers and mobile wallet payments (Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, etc.). After choosing your plan, you'll see the payment details. Transfer the amount, upload your receipt screenshot, and send it via WhatsApp. We'll verify and activate your account — usually within a few hours.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You get a 7-day grace period with a warning banner. During this time, everything works normally. After 7 days, your account enters read-only mode — you can view and print old bills but can't create new ones. After 14 more days, the account locks. Renew anytime to restore full access.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. If you upgrade, the new plan starts immediately. Contact us via WhatsApp to make changes.
Does it work offline?
Yes! Install Icensa as an app on your phone or computer by clicking the "Install App" button in your browser's address bar. Once installed, you can create bills, manage inventory, and access your catalog — even without internet. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) with bank-level encryption. Only you can access your data — no one else, not even us. Plus, everything is automatically backed up to the cloud. Even if your phone breaks, your data is safe.
How does the referral program work?
Every user gets a unique referral code. When someone signs up using your code and becomes a paying customer, you earn 50% of their subscription price as cash. For example: refer someone who subscribes to the Professional plan (Rs.2,000) and you earn Rs.1,000. There's no limit to how many people you can refer!
